  • Translating your experience and titles to avoid the resume screening algorithms that disqualify many veterans before they ever get a chance to interview for a civilian job.
  • Pivoting to a role in sales-leadership role to gain valuable selling experience when his first attempts at launching his own business revealed a weakness in his professional skillset.
  • How he is building a team at his startup and the confidence gained by bringing in experienced people who believe in your vision and want to contribute.
